Pros

Excellent benifits, good atmosphere, on site facilities for exercise and sundries store as well as full service cafe. Wonderful training and development opportunities.

Cons

Favorites played for positions, a lot of politicing takes place. Old gaurd in place in higher levels that makes new ideas hard to put in place. Too many folks in higher levels that are out of touch with day to day processes.

Cons

Career Development lacking and must be undertaken on your own Reviews are poorly conducted and ratings are on bell curve. Political Correctness is something you must learn Middle Management lack people skills at times and won't make the tough decisions. Late Projects are pretty normal
