Pros

There are a lot of very intelligent and hard-working people here

Cons

Recently hired tons of people remotely and many out-of-state only to tell them with only 1.5 months notice that they must commute to either the Riverwoods or Houston office a minimum of three times a week and will face disciplinary action if they do not comply. Pulled a bait-and-switch on people who turned down other remote jobs because they were promised by recruiters and their contracts that their jobs would be remote only to pull any flexibility away with almost no notice time to move, look for other jobs, or make other arrangements for their unexpected new long daily commute.

Good exposure to leading technologies; Decent pay and benefits

Cons

Favoritism, unfair lead to inadequate layers of middle management. Lack of leadership support for an attempted transition to lean practices. Minimal to no involvement of senior management in professional development of their team members.
