PTO days, work from home

Cons

Seemingly collaborative but backstabbing and toxic leadership team. One Director ‘clocks out’ by 4 pm and has for years. A sciolist with no work ethic, leadership skills, and talks badly about people regardless if they are on his team. Toxic environment still exists regardless of the fact layoffs have occurred over the past 5 months.

Benefits are great, in most teams I've had good experiences with management and the work is interesting

Cons

Pay is undermarket, HR is ineffective when complaints are filed for bullying and misconduct. My current team leader and her manager are bullies who take on too much work and then blame their employees when it's not completed it time. The worst people I've ever worked with. My entire team is constantly stressed and frustrated. We've gone to HR multiple times for a hostile work environment and we're going on 3 years now of the same exact problems.

Very good comp, benefits, work / life balance. I would highly recommend to anyone interested in having a career in banking .

Cons

Wonderful company, management and teams. Facilities are great and there is nothing one would want while working at any of the various locations across the US.
