      Pros

      Working at Digital Currency Group puts you on the ground floor for the launch of an industry. Fantastic team members, with lots of room to grow.

      Cons

      Fast paced demanding environment...not necessarily for everyone, but if you like stat-ups and an exciting work environment its a great place to work.

      Pros

      Young, dynamic team with personality and vigor for days. Everyone is given the liberty to put on their cape and be the super hero of their own role. Bright ideas and elbow grease all around. CEO gives feedback in real time. Fab office space with iced coffee on tap and a ping pong table to enhance your break time.

      Cons

      So much work and a small team makes Jack a dull boy. Need great hires to fill open positions! Still need to flesh out internal processes, vision, mission – average growing pains to be expected but can be frustrating at times. This is where the team's sense of humor comes in handy…

      Pros

      We need a bigger team to handle all of the work. Recruiting and marketing are our biggest challenges right now.

      Cons

      Working on a small team in a fast moving environment and ever-evolving industry means that we can spend a good deal of time putting out fires, and being reactive vs. strategic. This isn't a great company to join if you struggle with organization, multi-tasking, or you are a bit green in your career and need to be closely managed.
