Too many re-orgs and layoffs. If you want to retire at a company it wouldn't be wise to work here.

- amazing brands - lots of great people - challenging interesting work - training opps

Cons

- too focused on process, with lots of people just having a job on that. Only. - people managers can be woefully bad, even with lots of support and training on offer - lack of authenticity - what the leadership say and do are very different things - they say they are great payers, but really aren't

Pros

Free gym, food, parking, substantial product allowance each quarter, good flexible benefits, flexibility on working hours, can work from home every now and again.

Cons

Salary considerably below market rate, not enough external hiring leads to a constant wave of internal movement which leads to no fresh new talent/ideas, people who have been there years do not like change and can have chip on their shoulder if any sort of change occurs. Not much of a social scene
