Pros

- Above industry average remuneration package (salary, leave days, flexi allowance) - Flexi work arrangements - Amazing brands - Big brand name on resume - Free drinks if that appeals to you

Cons

- Over emphasis on relationships and being "showy" rather than real competency - Racial / nationality divide rather evident - Extremely poor management during restructures, leading to very low level of employee morale

Pros

Great brand, brilliant training programs and a real focus on people are the company's strengths.

Cons

Diageo Australia is focuses on internal relationship before results which means great ideas are often sidelined to ensure that we all 'make friends'. Working in a declining segment with declining budgets and declining opportunities for great marketing.
