      "Do what I say, not what I do"

      Pros

      Great brands with established market demand and distribution.

      Cons

      Business doesn't understand how to move from vision to action. Inexperienced leadership company wide. Questionable integrity across key positions where people say one thing, but do another. High turnover of key positions (4 key positions resigned in 4 months, as an example).

      There are lots of things to do and opportunities to explore

      Cons

      However decision making is chaotic and projects get approved and cancelled soon after on a whim.

      Great environment, opportunities to develop in different areas, open culture, multicultural, well respected in the industry, mobility between roles and departments, agility, fun, great leadership development

      Cons

      Not very high salaries, some ex crossover competitiveness among peers, some knowledge loss between frequent changes of job and secondments (downside of mobility), a tendency to reorganise often
