      Pros

      Great work life balance International Great way to meet new people Good to gain experience in Great portfolio of brands Good perks

      Cons

      Too many people get promoted on 'who' they know. Too many reorganizations, resulting in chaos, low morale and job uncertainty. Public image and internal practices are not always aligned. No promotion under a certain level. Some departments are frustratingly slow and unhelpful. Endless processes which slow everything down.

      Bright people, exciting sector, truly international

      Cons

      Appointed multiple senior managers who don’t really care about their teams - only self promotion & their bonus. More political & back- stabbing than it used to be. Some senior managers lack authenticity.
