So many to mention 1. Lied about role structure 2. Paid once a month 3. Woke, clicky culture 4. Senior management are micromanagers and stab you in the back 5. If your a white male, you won’t be promoted

Good company benefits and perks. Staff shop, pension.

Cons

You can be the very best at what you do, but there is no immediate recognition of talent. Career plan is not well laid and as a result one can feel disheartened. High staff turnover means that much of the great potential within the company is lost. There are wider opportunities within the business but it is difficult to get there.
