Pros

Money is excellent, people on the shop floor are great people.

Cons

Management and supervisors are openly cliquey. Supervisors bully agency staff they don't like and are supported by upper management in doing so. They let agency staff work full-time hours for a while then drop them without warning and justify it by lying about the situation. Upper management did nothing when it came to bullying claims.

Pros

Nice office Helpful team leaders and managers, although they lack specific job related knowledge.

Cons

This company is doing badly. They can't afford to pay even Hungarian salaries anymore, which are now almost the lowest in the EU. More than a hundred positions were outsourced to India from the Budapest office in the end of 2023 and probably more to come. End product is alcohol, that is quite a con.
