Management at the SVP level and up are grossly incompetent. The good ones have either left, been pushed out, or silenced for having a pov that goes against the grain of negativity that permiates throughout this place. These inept hires have bred a culture of toxicity where discrimination, favoritism, and gaslighting prevail with impunity. Work hours are beyond intrusive and the more you accomplish the more they expect from you. There's a lot of ambiguity around roles and responsibilities, which only exasperates the chaos.

culture of the company is a disaster, they say people are the key to the success, which is joke, I'm telling this as an HR professional who has seen the internal decisions and communications within the company. salaries are lower compared to any other competitors, Diageo lives fron the brand names today and from the past success.
