Globally recognised brands, huge range of roles and opportunities across the full supply chain, interesting work, relocation possibilities, lots of fun events, generally good culture with regular reward and recognition.

Cons

Low maturity around change and business transformation, doesn't always live up to it's values based on how people are treated in pressurized situations, some leaders lack integrity and will cause negative impact to others to protect themselves, inconsistent processes including a terribly managed restructure in one of the global functions.
