Good name to have on your CV- that’s the only benefit!

Cons

Company full of older managers on huge salaries all watching their own back. Zero interest in developing younger people who do all the work & earn a pittance, nearly all of whom are on temporary contracts or grad programs or even contracted through 3rd party companies.
