Pros

Best Sales Incentive structure in the industry Work life balance Started career advancement program for entry level employees recently Automation of travel claims, travel approvals and other day to day activities related to work Employee Training and development initiatives Iconic Brands to work with

Cons

Poor HR management even though HR policies are put in place just like any other MNC, but its not followed Too much politics at every level No Job Security Unfair management practices Worst work culture and environment Confused management Poor leadership at RPC level No employee empowerment till middle level management No employee motivation Doesn't value relationship with employees, distributors and other stakeholders Everything depends on the relationship with Reporting Manager If you highlight anything negative about seniors then you are put in a PIP and will be asked to resign. Senior Management makes employees work through fear factor. Key performance indicators doesn't matter. Management will not see if you are performing well or not. No proactive approach to support employees whenever they ask for help.

Sad end to a once great company

Pros

Flexibility is the only great thing about working at Diageo anymore. If you are a working mom it is why you are still there putting up with everything. But half day Fridays and being able to work from home is no longer enough of a benefit for the horrible way employees are being treated.

Cons

Constant layoffs and outsourcing of roles. In the last 5 years they have layed off over 50% of the Norwalk office. It is so sad what has become of a once great company. Leadership valued its people. Not anymore. They basically tell us regularly that bots are going to be doing our jobs. The morale is so bad. No one bothers coming into work anymore. Diageo is relocating to NYC and stringing employees along. In the next year another 50% of employees left will be gone with the move. This is not sustainable. My team has been cut in half and the remaining of us are all looking for jobs.

Pros

Very pathetic interview process,Stay away from them, total politics, they will be calling you for the F2F interview but at the time of interview without going through your Resume they will decide that you have not got the skills, the recruiter name francis, she will simply waste your time without going through your CV,@diageo team please teach her how to take interview

Cons

Company is good but due to recruiters they are lagging behind and missing the talents outside as recruiters dont have knowledge to take interview
