Global Brand But Not worth working in India because of poor work culture

Be Careful before Joining as they make you Pay for 2 months Notice Period even if you join and have to leave . So if you join for 2 months and then decide to Quit because of poor work culture , They will make you pay for the 2 months as they don't have Probation Period and so you have to buy out the complete notice period . So if you have couple of offer in hand , make sure you don't join this company else you will get stuck in this Dark Hole !

I have heard about diageo but the same company taught me that it's all just stories.

Cons

Worst management ever. It was hard to accept the truth this in very first day. Very bad culture. HR behave as CEO. Fit for nothing, don't respect the time of others. SSLC students can work better than them. Cultureless stupids.
