      Open bar for employees and discounted products Competitive salary and allowances

      Cons

      Unwilling to learn different ways of doing things - "this is how we've always done it" Each function protects their own KPI, no true collaboration People tend to be cliquish Employees who are close to senior managers get lenient treatment (some lazy ones are ignored/left alone to disappear in the middle of the day or just surf the internet) **Read the other reviews that are 3 stars and below. You will see a recurring theme regardless of country or function.**

      Pros

      -Competitive pay -Good experience to add that you worked in a global company -Great Brand Ambassador Program. Great perks. -Room to grow and excel if given the right leadership

      Cons

      -No work life balance. -Boy's club in all upper management -Leaders are clearly unqualified and very unprofessional to their direct reports. Oftentimes you see leaders use their direct reports to jump up to the next level. Employees then don't receive any growth or recognition. -Managers are quick to anger and quick to blame. -Leaders and Managers are quick to move on to the next level. Do not focus on helping their employees grow. -Actions given to employees are nebulous; they're expected to take a vague goal and fill in all the blanks. Leaders do not give their time to help unless it directly affects their KPIs.
