two words which are bastradised in diageo india is leadership and strategy and both are missing big time HR dept. is non existant , they only work as hiriing managers/recruiters

Great benefits package, large company and great brands to work with. A lot of opportunity with access to interesting platforms & pretty good budgets

Cons

Culture - Diageo is not a collaborative environment. Managers and leadership only want to focus on how they look to the exec and getting more money and promoted which means that you get very little development in actual skills and are just told to play the politics. Have been told over and over in development conversations that I just need to play the game more instead of trying to deliver my KPIs
