Nice building, nice people, stable environment, precise salary, good neighborhood, good (customizable) cafeteria and other benefits, good healthcare

Cons

Low salary, even for a junior programmer, slow solution management in the company, (really) idiot middle-managers, who doesn't even know what their team does as a daily work, boring, absolutely useless meetings, where nothing happens except talking about nothing and/or trivial things

Pros

Great working environment, incredibly friendly people and opportunities for advancement. The benefits are also very good. Opportunities exist to work worldwide and to travel within the role.

Cons

A strong emphasis on providing fantastic opportunities to the students and graduates but less recognition goes to the other consistently hard-working people, even if they are better qualified with more experience.
