A good company to work with and a rapidly changing work environment

Good company values and hard working employees. Salaries/benefits are benchmark with peers but are negotiable. Full of challenges which makes work interesting. Personal growth and training are encouraged and supported by Management eg payment of professional fees, etc

Cons

Sometimes you can be called to duty at odd hours especially for urgent business issues. It is not easy to have a promotion due to limited open senior roles.

Benefits, company reputation, great commercial school. The brands are powerful with great potential. The industry is very attractive and sexy, especially the on trade.

Cons

Work-life balance is not been considered by management and currently the industry, in my country, is declining so there are few opportunities for personal growth
