Very strategic approach to all decision making Very well structured and organised Clear leadership Given lots of responsibility & accountability Presence all over the world so opportunity to travel Supportive of flexible working Great company trips/outings to distilleries etc!

Cons

Very serious company atmosphere Masculine 'boys club' culture in some departments Limits on ability to use any personal creativity due to ever increasing uniformity of brand marketing plans (which is understandable given global nature of brands)

Employment conditions, holidays, pension scheme,share save scheme,free shares bonus.

Cons

Continually on call when you are rosta'd off, told when your holidays are when you are a 7 day open site.

good teams of people, easy to talk to and get along with. Not afraid to answer any question

Cons

not alot of personal growth. the P4G wasnt really followed in the place i worked, and was more of a chore than a chance to move up.
