Lots of focus on family values and work life balance. Very committed to education and training for employeees.

Lots of long hours without the benefit of overtime pay.

Good pay, good insurance, union, clean safe place to work, good area, lots of give aways, holidays off, break around Christmas for about two weeks

Cons

12hr shifts, bouncing back from uneeded layoff someone jumped the gun and laid off 50 employees turned around and had to rehire but most found other places to work so the had to go through interviews causing more money to be lost then just keeping them

Great people, excellent culture, amazing benefits

Cons

Leadership lack basic leadership skills. Most leadership don't have people skills and only think about their own careers. This is a major block for career progression for talented people. Too much restructuring
