      Pros

      Great brands and marketing. Solid industry and innovative approach to expanding products.

      Cons

      Politics and personal relationships are the sole driver to success. Once you get on the "bad side" of an influential person, it is the norm for that person negatively influence all others. This appears to be the norm. Since I've worked there, almost 100% turnover within the HR group (except for the leaders).

      Good work life balance, happy hour, fun coworkers

      Cons

      No direction or leadership, no respect for current employees. Layoffs are pretty much a norm, and take place every few months. A lot of politics and a very uneasy environment with the frequent layoffs. A lot of politics and you have to spend a lot of time networking if you want to get promoted, hard work and being good at what you do is not good enough.
