      Pros

      Some of the finest adult beverages in the world. Flexible working schedule, family friendly. Good benefits, bonus structure, and vacation policy. Opportunity for growth if in the right department/function. Great severance policy!

      Cons

      Since 2008 they re-org which results in good people being let go. They've moved away from valuing the experience people bring to simply caring about "the bottom line". If they can do this role in Budapest or somewhere else where labor is 40-60% cheaper than US, its moved.

      Pros

      Give the opportunity to rotate jobs fairly regularly with the possibility of getting exposure to different areas of finance, great portfolio of brands

      Cons

      Salary increases are meagre, they have cut costs to the bone without restructuring their processes which means more work in the same time. They now adopt a positive discrimination policy on women, if you are a man looking for a promotion you can forget it
