      Pros

      -Employee Brand Ambassador Program -Flexibility is nice especially for families -Pub nights are fun, but after awhile loses its luster

      Cons

      -Management lack of focus -favorites always getting the opportunities -my way or highway approach -constant reorg and threatening of lowering band level

The level of engagement with its people is very high and the acknowledgement that they contribute to the success of the brands is fantastic! From standing on the shoulders of giants to creating your own piece of history, Diageo is a great place to work!

      Ensuring that all new employees attend a corporate induction within their first 6 months - this is invaluable and great at knowledge building.
