      Loved it - but re-orgs get a little tiresome in the end

      Opportunities around the world fast, dynamic energetic great brands high integrity

      Cons

      every 2-3 years re-orgs - creates instability constant re-inventioning - not giving the last thing enough time to bed in. unlikely to retire there - the re-org gets you in the end!

      Brand Passion! Great products! Colleagues want to help you succeed as an individual. Wide ranges of opportunities - you drive your own destiny.

      Cons

      The culture can take a little while to get use to, especially engrained in folks who've been there over ten years. Not necessarily a 'con' just a strong culture which takes time to understand how you can get things done.

      Pros

      The work culture is something very special about Diageo. The people are wonderful, helpful, and funny. They also promote and truly care about employees having a work-life balance. Developing leaders is very important to Diageo, and because of that they are always finding ways to challenge and grow your skills as long as you're willing to put in the effort. The management really does want to see you succeed.

      Cons

      They under pay the entry-level employees. For the amount of work and responsibility required of people early on in their careers at Diageo I believe that the compensation should be increased.
