Benefits. But they have made people lazy. There are a few good leaders in left in some areas of the business Overall more professional than most FMCGs

Horribly political and some bullies in very senior positions Decisions made on basis of laziness/friendship cliques versus what is good for the business Very few people want to actually get things done People who have opinions or ideas will be seen as a threat Mediocrity gets rewarded Institutionalised thinking across the business Lots of fake diversity stuff Difficult fit for introverts Poor systems and knowledge retention
