      I love my team & managers.

      Cons

      Saturday girls are quite excluded from everything and makes you feel uncomfortable and like you’re not part of the team… you’d think they’d be more inclusive to influence you to work with them full time.

      Bullying is rife

      Summer ball and winter conference are good and free

      Cons

      Bullying is rife. Mental health not taken seriously. Managers stick together. Racism and discrimination is normal. Under paid. Promotion only given to favourable players.
