      Pros

      We are a very innovative company, with vision and excitement. We are ambitious and forward thinking. Time is taken to introduce their systems and process in order for the team to feel appreciated and welcome. Coaching is given on various subjects, at appropriate times in your career. Throughout my time with the company, we take part in off site meetings that are both informative, well paced and supportive to our roles. Team orientated, at all times, we seek ways to reach success together with shared goals, vision and mission. Our achievements are rewarded in many ways, especially at the summer and winter conference awards ceremony. My Managers and Directors are supportive and engaging, focused on supporting me and helping me to reach out to achieve higher goals.

      I have been happy since I started at Dexters and feel that they continuously seek ways to improve and grow.

      Comission is great if you are based in a high profit office

      Cons

      Low base salary - salary top up to minimum wage if you don't hit it, which gets deducted from your paycheck on a good month
