Some great people who work there

Processes and procedures are obtuse and inefficient. Hard work is rewarded with more work. Asking for more money or advancement is seen as uncooperative and obstructive. Training is non-existent. Favoritism is rife & progression is tied to "brown nosing". Competence is seen as "being difficult". Unaccommodating in every possible way (unless you want to work more for less and for longer). The worst corporate and mercenary attitude I have ever seen in a leadership team, who are completely deluded into thinking they're as good as it gets.
