      They discriminate- if you are a woman who decides to have a child as a negotiator you will be promised that you can come back to flexible hours but when you return, you’ll be told that’s not possible. If you’re lucky you’ll be told like me “you either go back to full hours or find a new job” lovely way to treat staff isn’t it? and then you get pushed into a new role.

      really poor salary ridiculous hours exceedingly rigorous micromanagement

      Thank you for your review and glad you enjoyed our culture and people. if you had have concerns on salary and earnings do speak to your manager as we have changed our package offerings to ensure our colleagues are supported in commission roles when waiting on deals to complete.

      Overworked, Underpaid

      Progression to a higher level (most people shouldn’t be where they are it’s just handed to them if they say they want to leave)

      Very long hours, minimal holiday, discrimination, very low basic pay
