Great people, good training, still a fun place to work

Pros

-great culture unlike other, pays good and good progression - lots of instruction and lots of deals to be done, - doesn't take themselves too seriously making out the job is rocket science as I found in other companies - does a really good job and has fun doing it

Cons

some of the processes are a little dated such as contracts etc but this seemed to be getting updated as I left
