I first joined Dexters in 2017 with no agency experience and I progressed to a Senior Sales Consultant in under two years. I left in 2019 as I wanted to change my career path and at the time they didn't have the right role for my career. During that time the managers and directors always remained in touch about returning into a different role, which best suited my career and progression. When the right opportunity arose, I was the first person to be informed and was delighted to be returning back into a new career path. I will and have always described Dexters as a "Family" as there is constant transparency and consideration for your career and even personal growth. Where possible Dexters are always looking to progress your career and offer that flexibility to change your career path within the firm, which is the reason I am back and believe this is the best company for your career.
