      Pros

      I have worked for the company for 8 years and still love what I do. I have gone from trainee sales consultant, to sales consultant, to senior sales consultant, to Sales Team Manager to Manager and I am currently working towards my next promotion to Director. The company focus on promoting from within and providing a career for life to it's staff. They have a rigorous training regime which continues throughout our career. There is so much opportunity to grow and develop and there is brilliant earning potential. I joined this company in my early twenties and really feel like I have grown up here. I have made some wonderful friendships and even met my now husband on my training induction workshop 8 years ago. Our company culture is one which really values the customer and focuses on professionalism and five star customer service. This really sets us apart from other estate agents. I would not work for any other firm in this industry.

      Cons

      The hours are quite demanding however this is made up for in the earning potential. There aren't many jobs where you have so much control over your own salary and success and it's a busy job so you need to put the time in.

      Pros

      Having spent 25 years with another large agency, I'm disappointed that I didn't make the move to Dexters sooner! I've had so much support from my team and also senior management, I've never felt so valued before. I would wholeheartedly recommend joining us if you want to work with the best.

      Cons

      I have to be honest, there are no downsides at all!
