      Work hard and you can earn some decent money- still your working double the amount of hours you will work anywhere else for similar pay

      long hours, 12k base, ruthless culture

      An incredible company

      Pros

      i loved working at Dexters, the support from my director and manager were amazing. Day to day it is an amazing company to work for with great opportunity for progression! I couldn’t recommend more highly.

      Cons

      The only con for working at dexters is the same as working for any estate agent, it can sometimes be a challenging job but so worth it because it is so rewarding.

      A company with amazing career prospects

      Pros

      Dexters is an amazing company to work for. The level of training I've received was phenomenal as I joined this company with no experience in sales or in property. Now, I've got great level of knowledge about property and have developed fantastic sales skills. My colleagues are a delight to work with and their positive attitude has strongly contributed in me receiving the advanced level of training and feeling part of the company.
