      Don’t believe all the fake “dexters reviews”

      Some of the people who I worked with were great … others not so much

      Cons

      Pays better elsewhere compared to other agencies dexters is one of the worst. Culture is very toxic, dexters have no concept of a work life balance. I had to put up with a lot of cheeky comments from various directors at the company.

      A supportive and well established company to work for.

      Pros

      Management are incredibly supportive and communicate very well with all employees, providing any regular updates and guidance. The job is fast pace so you are always busy with challenges constantly arising - no day is ever the same! The team are so welcoming and very friendly, making people actually want to come into work and feeling like they have a purpose. I feel very appreciated in the job I do and feel I am recognised for my contribution.

      Cons

      Nothing at all - it's a company I can see myself in for a very long time, progression is very much encouraged.
