      Great team of property managers

      Pros

      I was given a structured training programme for my first 2 weeks, learning from people at all levels of the company. You are given responsibilities from the start, going on property visits and speaking with landlords and tenants. But colleagues are always available to help. Dexter's has lots of opportunities for progression.

      In the time I have spent here, there are so far no cons.
