      Bullying is rife

      Summer ball and winter conference are good and free

      Cons

      Bullying is rife. Mental health not taken seriously. Managers stick together. Racism and discrimination is normal. Under paid. Promotion only given to favourable players.

      Nothing to brag about. Not a nice place at all !!you think we could brag about being drunk for two parties a year … whatss?? when we were absolutely miserable all year round …

      Cons

      From pay of to holiday (25 days with one week u must work during Christmas) not allowed to take holiday during the quite period to be with family just to make money for the company. No work to life balance, never can work from home they are truly stuck in the 1940. Be prepared to work MOST WEEKENDS and still wont make ends meet. 18k in this economy when they boast every week how we made the company millions in one week. Absolutely a joke.
