      - Training development is second to none - Fully supported from day one with on the job training - Amazing commission structure with uncapped commission - Fantastic office environment with added work socials - Fully provided training qualifications - Fast track career progression (Not limited by age!)

      I personally have none, I have had an amazing time and can't wait to see what the future holds

      Pros

      I feel very lucky to have been a part of the growth and development of our company. I started in the industry working for Dexters 16 years ago and I've had a really fun, exciting and successful career. The culture at Dexters is like I've not seen in any other company, as a business we've got some really exciting times ahead- it's an epic place to work!

      Cons

      The hours are intense and working in a commission-based role has its challenges- but for me this comes with any busy sales environment!
