Career progression/Opportunities Training/Qualifications Support Career for life Great social environment within the office Huge potential to earn good money Lots of off-sites at exciting locations!

Cons

Very tricky to think of many cons.....Agency hours are long but that's comes with the territory and we have flexibility here if someone needs to finish early or has an appointment or occasion to attend. Sometimes it can be high pressure, but again this is part of running a successful office and comes part and parcel of earning well.

I've never had any experience in the industry but since joining Dexters everyone from the coaching team to the office directors, they have been extremely helpful, nice and friendly.
