      Pros

      The more you put in the more you get out! Fast track career progression for those wanting to get ahead. It doesn't matter how long you have been in the business if you want to excel you will! You can earn as much money as you want as there is no cap on commission

      Cons

      The hours are long but the rewards are great It would be good to have more office incentives and office day's out for moral - we get two conferences a year which is great to reward the staff for all of their hard work

      Pros

      Good market control- they are busy in most areas and 'market leaders' which helps in terms of getting good stock on consistently. The job is fast paced and keep you busy/on your toes. Good training system and great for those looking to learn about agency. Potential for high earnings is good.

      Cons

      Long hours- In fairness, harder you work the more you get from it. We spend a lot of the time when we should be selling ( As we work a sales role with low basic salary) Doing marketing roles which do not financially benefit you. The job is so consuming of your life- which I don't mind as I enjoy the job- But there should be more perks and benefits in place, to appease the fact you lost 85% of your social life when working for Dexters. If you value freinds and family, it's probably not for you...

      excellent training, work and summer conference is great, good commission structure, like to promote from within

      Cons

      long hours, lots of pressure, 'there's the door' attitude to staff, limited benefits, no work/life balance, unequal treatment
