Pros

Great office atmosphere and fun working environment. Lots of progression for those that want to work hard. Continuously growing, acquiring new acquisitions which creates a lot of opportunities for staff. Flexibility to move roles within the business.

Cons

No flexibility to work from home.

Administrative role- Tenancy Management

Administrative roles available where you can assist with negotiations and management of residential tenancies. without the stress of a commission based income. The company is evergrowing, which gives employees great opportunities for progression. Dexters offer apprenticeship schemes on customer service, as well as Estate Agency specific certifications. Our hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, so I have a great work-life balance. A very social company- Christmas and Summer parties, as well as individual team nights out, all paid for by the company.

Cons

Demanding role, but not unmanageable. Overall, great company to work for.
