I have joined Dexters from an acquisition and in my role have met quite a few people across the company. Everyone is super friendly, helpful and bubbly, I was pleasantly surprised. It is a well oiled machine with various internal departments responsible for day-to-day aspects of your role and development from an excellent coaching and academy team who are on hand for everyday queries and UK qualifications so colleagues are always improving and learning.

Cons

I have a long commute into work but this is only one day a week, the rest of the time I am more local to where I live!
