Ever expanding company with a big enthesis on growth and progression as well a great social culture with high earnings for top sales/listers, big focus on high end multi millon pound property sales

Cons

Bonus commission structure in comparison to rival agents could be better as well as basic salary, but overall still very competitive

Pros

There are plenty of opportunities for progression within a fast paced, progressive company that rewards success very well. It is very exciting to be part of an industry leading company and to have such great people to work with as well.

Cons

In my opinion there are genuinely very few downsides and these downsides are common amongst the industry. Working weekends, which if you want to make money and succeed are a necessity. Long hours, in an industry that is incentivised with commission, should be welcomed
