      Bad pay, horrible culture aka (sharky), high levels of micro management, always checking up on you, door knocking/leafleting, and so on.

      Pros

      The people who work there are really nice. The managers are generally really supportive and help to push for your progression if that is the route you want to take. The summer and Christmas parties are lots of fun.

      Cons

      It can feel like you are being micro-managed which leads to not feeling trusted by the Directors.
