I have loved working at Dexters, the culture is great and the people within the company are so welcoming and friendly. They have a learning plan that it easy to follow and obtainable by any hard working agent!

Cons

The hours are tiresome, but very rewarding... what you put in is what you get out! The days are so eventful that you hardly notice the hours!

You can pick up the positives at any other property company. Everything else including pay and treatment is poor.
