      Pros

      New career path program was implemented as a result of an internal employee survey which shows employees that management cares. The fast pace is tolerable because the impact the CGM has for improving lives for diabetics.

      Cons

      Annual salary increase is minimal.

      Some decent advancement opportunities in certain areas.

      Cons

      Horrible management, and no one that I talked to had been there for more than 2 years. That says something about a company if they can't retain employees for more than a year or two.

      Pros

      Camaraderie, team mentality, it's good if you are looking for a stable place to do a good job and have solid income. You can't have the "it's not my job" mentality to be successful at Dexcom.

      Cons

      As everyone says, Parking is horrible. HR is a bureaucratic nightmare at times.
