      Growing firm Fast-pace environment Lots of opportunities for career development as recently established in the UK Strong focus on minimizing routine tasks An abundance of open projects you can participate in A strong product that has a significant impact on the lives of diabetes patients A tight-knit cross-functional team Dexcom really looks at your training needs for you to do your work better and to enable you to reach your professional goals

      Cons

      You need to be comfortable taking matters in your own hands and be proactive. You can't wait for someone to come up with a solution for your problem. In my opinion, that is often a good thing.

      Pros

      Dexcom is a great company. Our growth is impressive and our management is fair and understanding with employees. They always do the right thing even when external factors out of our control impact our business. The culture at Dexcom is energetic and fun. It's also nice to know that we are making a difference in people's lives. I have been at Dexcom for four years and plan on staying for a long time. There's no other place I'd rather be.

      Cons

      The only con is our growing pains which sometimes get in the way of efficiency but other than that there are no cons.

      Pros

      The company has been rapidly expanding over the last few years which meant there was a lot of room for growth and development if you worked hard. They are actively working on increasing benefits for employees, such as offering subsidized legal services, discounted stock buy-in, free gym classes, etc. The people tend to be smart and hardworking. They are one of the best parts of working at Dexcom.

      Cons

      Culture is gradually shifting to become more corporate and less start-up. Tend to pay less than other companies.
