Pros

Lots of overtime towards month end. The company as a whole is doing great things for people living with diabetes.

Cons

It just seems like the management (pertaining to the patient billing team) highers people who know less than they do to hopefully cover up the fact they, themselves, don't know what they're talking about. Too many systems that aren't able to get the job done result in too many employees and a very cloudy way of collecting on accounts.

Pros

Coffee, coffee, coffee, coffee and no cups.

Cons

You will get hired to do technical work, but it will be QA paperwork all the way. They micromanage the paperwork and you will get daily kickbacks to fix it. Some people who have moved up act as if they are too good for you. They refuse to take customer complaints when they demand it and act as if it's your fault for not managing it. They will whisper behind your back and you can hear them do it. They will bring you in as temps and evaluate you. Then they will decide your shift by how much you kiss them. They will never tell you if you meet the expectations. You will just work there one day and bye the next. One of the worst companies I ever worked for. You feel like a sardine in a can.

Pros

This company has great benefits and provide great training when you first get started.

Cons

The company does not value their inside representatives and do not pay them what they truly deserve. Most of the work is done by the inside team, but the outside team reaps all the benefits. Upper management are under qualified and will send out excel spreadsheets through out the day. Supervisors and management don't actually lead their teams, but instead have pointless meetings where nothing gets accomplished.
