      Great environment in a rapidly growing company. Always work to be done and it feels like you're actually making a difference

      Management seemed frazzled but I think it is because of Dexcom's rapid growth

      Pros

      Changing people's lives through innovative products that help diabetics manage their disease. The Technical Support analysts are among the best in the industry.

      Cons

      Senior leadership and HR are truly amateur hour! Policies are interpreted willy-nilly with inconsistencies at every level! Senior leadership is run by the employees instead of the employees receiving proper guidance from its leadership structure. Truly a case where the "children run the house" Prejudice, bigotry, and favoritism runs rampant. Very few employees at any level remain employed for more than 2 years.
