Continue to take away benefits that made this a great place to work. Gyms gone, food availablity reduced, break rooms eliminated, mid year promotions gone. I could go on, but you get the picture.

Competitive pay, if you're lazy you can sleep while on the clock and get away with it, nobody gives a sh#t

Cons

You need to have a relative (brother, father, sister) or friend as Supervisor to get promoted or be willing to sleep with one to get a promotion. Be aware of Your performance will not give you a promotion.
